Rhona Cullinan is one of
Ireland's Leading Freelance Make-up Artists whose career spans over 15
years. She has worked with international Celebrities and
Cosmetic Brands. In 2009 Rhona became the author of Ireland's First Makeup book "Look Good Feel Good", proceeds of which have been donated to the Marie Keating Foundation. Rhona won the IBPA Professional Makeup Artist of the Year 2008.
With her business partner Susan Peggs, Rhona has set up Irelands first agency for freelance hair and makeup artists - The Powder Room Girls who have opened their studio in Fashion City, Ballymount, Dublin. (www.prg.ie)

industry including Fashion, Beauty, Corporate Video, Photography,
Editorial, Catwalk, and Bridal makeup. At the Irish Academy of Beauty she both develops and delivers a range of Basic and Advanced Makeup Courses.
Having just won Real Weddings.ie Bridal Makeup Artist of the Year 2009, she was also a finalist in the top 5 Weddings Online.ie Bridal Makeup Artist of the Year Competition.
